We’re excited to invite you to the second C3 Global Cloud Skills v-Tour proudly brought to you by The Leading Learning Partners Association

The Global Cloud Skills Tour is a part of an exclusive C3 event series. In 2019, the Leading Learning Partners Association (The LLPA) introduced “C to the power of 3”, a cloud certification circle model that incorporates training, certification, reporting and nurturing services that are offered together by its 32 leading learning members to accelerate knowledge worldwide.

“Contrary to popular belief, digital transformation is less about technology and more about people. You can pretty much buy any technology, but your ability to adapt to an even more digital future depends on developing the next generation of skills, closing the gap between talent supply and demand, and future-proofing your own and others’ potential” – Harvard Business Review. The C3 Global Cloud Skills Tour aims to address the cloud skills gaps by ensuring all existing and future cloud customers have the technical and soft skills needed to be successful.

Although we would prefer to see you all in person, it is not possible at this time, and our journey of knowledge sharing and providing valuable insights must continue. So go on, join over 2,000 chief learning officers, business decision-makers, HR professionals and Azure technical and consulting leads from all over the world at this final 2021 global cloud skills tour.

Keynote - The Future of Learning in Organizations

“Despite COVID-19, we will continue to see a lack of critical IT over the next several years. If anything, the pandemic has brought into focus the dependency of organizations on technology and how technology is critical to create an agile and resilient organization. As new technologies are adopted and legacy technologies are retired, the IT skill mix is changing. IT vendors and their clients need to be aware of these changes or risk losing the war for IT talent.” — Cushing Anderson, program vice president, IT Education and Skills for Digital Transformation Research

How To Lead Your People's Learning Journey With A Growth Mindset

Digital transformation requires a mindset shift, behaviour change and leader support. Implementing the latest digital processes and tools won’t achieve much if people within the organization don’t adopt a digital mindset. There’s no argument that digital transformation involves the addition of new technology, but people are what allow the transformation to succeed. Technology is an enabler of digital transformation; people bring digital thinking, tools, and processes together. When you focus on equipping the workforce with the knowledge, training, and leader support required to develop a digital mindset and skillset, lasting digital transformation and success of your cloud journey can become a reality.
